My approach is to be clear on what it is you are trying to deliver as a business and then to work with you to align the components of the organisation to deliver it as efficiently and effectively as possible. This might be a whole systems approach or a piece of organisation design, structure and/or process review or a change implementation project. Invariably it will involve communications, engagement and support.

BAA logo Working with HRD and key directors supported significant restructure and strategic alignment project. Created organisation options for various areas including introduction of RASCI, economic value drivers and supporting HR processes.
Barclays logo Innovative assignment that was a 100 day contract to act as "swat" team – involved in restructuring, organisation design, BPR and aligning organisation to Value Based Management. All from design to implementation. Contract renewed for further 100 days.

Seoul Nassau logo Worked with VC backed MD to restructure organisation through full review of business processes and systems for this SME.
Virgin Atlantic Airways logo To remain ahead of the competition and continue to leverage their world class brand VAA asked us to help define and embed "Next Generation Service". We worked in partnership to understand what the future of service would look like in the airline industry, how Virgin would be unique and deliver fantastic service remaining true to their values, brand whilst ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. We then agreed a series of recommendations on how to socialise and embed the new processes, behaviours and practices associated with that service using leadership interventions and viral change techniques.

LV  logo To work with CIO to support transformation to new target operating model. This has included support in developing a people vision, strategy and exacting and robust implementation programme across all people processes. Developed a programme of viral change that empowered CIO staff to take control of creating the culture and behaviours that enabled them to be at the forefront of sustainable growth. Supported teams to act on the drivers of behavioural change. Initiatives ranged from communication, innovation and breaking down barriers.
