Me: I work with ambitious teams and individuals who want to discover a better way to working and deliver on their purpose. I work alongside teams to navigate and accelerate change so they can thrive. My career started with a fascination of bringing brilliant minds together to solve interesting problems, working within Universities to set up incubators and research projects with Industry. I moved into the corporate world through Capgemini Consulting, where I worked in various facilitation, innovation and design roles and learnt how to introduce innovation and design into large corporates of all shapes and sizes. This work showed me that any lasting change needs to be driven at an individual level - and thus my interest of coaching was born. I now combine all these methods and experiences across sectors and disciplines to make the world of work, well, work.

My approach: My approach draws upon innovation practices such as Design Thinking, Organisational design and Lean Start up alongside human-centred coaching techniques and facilitation. This means I have a bias for making change happen with teams, not to teams - and working at an individual and group level to make change a daily habit. I introduce creative tools and techniques to inject energy and new perspectives, meaning tough conversations don’t have to feel hard

Professional skills and expertise: I specialise in helping individuals and teams design new ways to interact and work together. I draw upon facilitation, organisational design, coaching, design thinking and innovation methods to inject challenge and perspective into the teams I work with. I’ve worked on large scale cultural change and innovation programmes, and coached early-stage founders as they look to establish their business. I am currently studying for ICF accreditation.
